LITE’s Commercial Director, John Poole, has over 20 years’ experience in the region in procurement and contracts management of development. Fully versed in procurement strategies from pre-contract through to contract close out, John has worked in consultancy, contracting and for major developers, leading the commercial aspects on a diverse array of prime developments. John has worked for some of the biggest organisations in the Middle East such as Aldar, RLB, MACE and Qiddiya and gained extensive knowledge in the preparation of robust commercial procedures, guaranteeing that the clients’ budgets are monitored and controlled effectively. His experience provides the ideal complement to our management team structure, ensuring commercial compliance across our development activity.
