Patrick Rouse leads LITE as Divisional CEO - EAMG Holdings and offers a wealth of knowledge borne out of 20 years’ experience, working as a client, consultant and contractor. With skillsets honed from operating internationally and regionally, Patrick has delivered complex and large-scale mixed-use projects across all asset classes. A Masters in Real Estate Investment & Finance and a BEng in Civil Engineering, Patrick has extensive practical experience internationally covering Ireland, Australia, Egypt and has been working locally in the UAE for the last 14 years.

With a collaborative approach to management, he has collected an experienced management team of industry experts to form the backbone of the LITE team. Working in the UAE for developers such as Emaar Properties, Dubai Holding and Al Futtaim Group, Patrick has developed a broad and comprehensive knowledge of the full development lifecycle.
