LITE DEVELOPMENT AND CONSULTING
A smart and agile real estate development management entity. LITE was established as part of EAMG Holdings in 2021 to offer full development, design, project, construction and cost management services.
Following a strategic business review at Eltizam, LITE was established to control and oversee the group’s development activities. LITE’s aspiration is to become the go-to development partner for investors, developers and all newcomers to the development business in the UAE.
Through the new structure and with operating entities that are specialized in different industry sectors, LITE can capture both market breadth and depth, with the ultimate aim of increasing the overall portfolio size of assets under management across the territories where we operate.
Under the well-established umbrella of the wider Group, LITE has access to collective resources, vision and experience, enabling them to deliver bespoke end-to-end development solutions.

With collective experience of almost 80 years on projects around the world, the LITE team have an extensive array of knowledge obtained across all asset classes.  They have overseen the design and delivered of some of the most complex and high-profile projects across the region including masterplans, luxury residential, hospitality and retail/leisure destinations.  Our diverse skillset and commitment to excellence empowers our partners to maximise their potential in achieving the aspirations of our clients.
ELTIZAM ASSET MANAGEMENT GROUP
A joint venture between ADQ and IHC, Eltizam  Asset Management Group was founded in 2009 and is the region’s largest physical asset  management company and investor into the built asset environment.
Eltizam is a technology-driven investment group comprising four holding companies which has significant investments across MENA in facilities management, real estate management, energy management, prop-tech, intelligent building and disruptive technologies.
